Below is a list of services Everything FM can offer relating to HVAC and energy efficiency/

reducing energy bills throughout a building.

Preventative maintenance is so important as it reduces the possibility of failure, which can cause a lot of energy to be wasted.

• Annual servicing and maintenance

• Filter changes

• Descaling of units to ensure they work to full capacity

• Adjust settings

• Ensure thermostats are current and programmable - old controls prevent systems from running efficiently.

• We can complete a Survey of building and systems in place

• We can provide replacement options if units are old and inefficient

Our partners have circa 30 directly employed engineers, all are a minimum Level 2 NVQ qualified and hold either F Gas or Gas Safe and sometimes both. All teams are experienced working in healthcare and critical environments. 

 

Our installers are a Daikin D1+, Mitsubishi Electric DQP (Diamond Quality Partner) and Samsung Service Partner so can confidently work on these systems while offering or taking on any extended warranties.
