Maintenance

Our partners have circa 30 directly employed engineers, all are a minimum Level 2 NVQ qualified and hold either F Gas or Gas Safe and sometimes both. All teams are experienced working in healthcare and critical environments. 

 

Our installers are a Daikin D1+, Mitsubishi Electric DQP (Diamond Quality Partner) and Samsung Service Partner so can confidently work on these systems while offering or taking on any extended warranties.

 

You will be allocated a Service Manager & Service Co-Ordinator to the site, with an SLA for reports and remedial quotation turnaround of 48hrs. Our emergency call out response is guaranteed within 24 hours and we always endeavour to get an engineer dispatched as soon as possible.
